Meditation(1)

§Meditation is the most important matter to understand yourself.

 

Whether you might know or not, the spiritual vibration of this earth planet has been increasing day by day based on the universal law.

It means that we have to purify ourselves and improve our spiritual level to follows the higher spiritual vibration in this earth planet.

So that the meditation is the best way to clam down and to know yourself who you are and where you came from, etc.

There are many informaton about Meditation in the internet world so that I do not like to explain about the meditation itself.

As you may know that it is noted that increasing the number of people who is practicing meditation brings the crime rate down.

Doing meditation, we could calm down physically and mentally, and reduce the wrong thoughts (such as angry, anxiety, irritation and restless, etc), on the contrary increase the good thoughts (thanks, joy and peace, etc,).

Due to a certain research report that if one percent of the population in a certain area would do meditation, the crime rate could be reduced dramatically.

Anyway, the meditation is required and necessary now not only for thr ordinary people but also for the shiatsu practitioner.

When you give shiatsu to a patient, you need to calm down yourself and give a good spritual energy so that you need to do meditation regularly.

Here, I just tell you about simple exercise before doing deep meditation for your information.

Generally speaking, there are three steps in meditation, such as relaxation, cleaning consciousness or memories and cleaning subxonsciousness.

 

(1) Relaxation:

1.Exercise to get rid of tense from your body.

2.Breathe deeply to keep yourself calm down. Do it several times, then breathe slowly, and medetate.

There are several way to relax physically and mentally.


How to relax physically:

1. Try to loose the consciousness that the physical body is the most importand since the physical body is just a kind of a house in this third demnsion.

2. Loose the consciousness to protect your physical body since such consciousness maked your body stiff and tense.

3. Make all parts of your body loose as if they lost consciousness.

4. Wave your head back and forth, right and left, then just imagine that your head is something like an ornament which is put on your body.

5. Loose any emotional expressions from your face. Then open your mouth naturally, put your eyes down and think nothing. It is all right you look like idiot.

These situation means that your consciousness and an autonomic nervous system still work, but othre parts would be rested.


How to make your mind relax

1. If you would have unpleasant emotion like jealousy, envy, anxiety or anger, try to avoid them. That kind of emotion makes you tired and disturbs your relaxation. And you have some problems to solve, try to get rid of them before you meditate.

2. When you have a peaceful mind, you could relax very well, as you know. Try to get such a peaceful mind by thanking for everybody and everything.

3. Even if you have some kind of agony, suffering, disease or hadycap, don't let it disturb your peace of mind. Try to understand that they are the gifts for you to call for reflection so that you could be happy.

4. Don't be caught by worldly thought. If it pops up in your mind, don't touch them, just let tehm pass by.

5. Think that you are always gurded by your gurdian deity, then you woul feel secure.
