1) Heart Constrictor and Triple Heater Meridian Stretching


(1) Heart Constrictor Meridian is the supplemental function of the heart related to circulatory system including heart sac, cardiac artery; system of arteries and veins. Also controls total nutrition as well as circulation.

(2) Triple Heater Meridian is the supplemental function of the samll intestine. Also controls spirit and visceral organs circulating energy to entire body. Protects function of lymphatic system. Upper heat related to chest, middle heat to sola plexus, heat above the navel and below related to peritoneum and intestinal peritoneum as well as circulation to the extremities.

 

1) Sit in the lotus position or half lotus position if possible. Cross your arms and hold the opposite knees.

 

 

2) Bend forward and rest your head on the floor. Hold and take two deep breaths, relaxing completely.

3) Stiffness in the arm indicates malfunctioning of the meridians. Under complete relaxation, you can sense any distortions in the meridians much more clearly.

Repeat several times so that you could relieve the following symptoms gradually.

Difficulty in swallowing, prone to tonsillitis, malfunctioning of the heart organ, storong palpitations, high blood pressure, dizziness, easily fatigued, weak mucus tissues and lymphatic system, prone to tonsillitis, nasal problems, over cautious, sensitive, unconscious tension in the arums, stagnation in the brain causing heavy feeling, etc.





2) Liver and Gall Bladder Meridian Stretching


(1) Liver Meridian stores nutrients and energy for physical activity. Also cultivates resistance against disease and supplies, analyzes, and detoxifies blood to maintain physical energy.

(2) Gall Bladder Meridian distributes nutrients and balances total energy through the aid of internal hormones and secretion such as bile, saliva, gastric acid, insulin, and intestinal hormones.

 


1) Sitting with your legs spread as far apart as possible, touch your toes with the opposite hand. Do not bend your knees.

 

 

 

2) At the maximum stretch point, take two deep breaths and relax completely. Any stiffness you may feel indicates malfunctioning of the meridians involved.

 



Repeat several times so that you could relieve the following symptoms gradually.


Weak joints, easily fatigued due to lack of energy, dizziness, tendency to stumgle, tired eyes, accummulated fatigue due to never ending drive, overeating, excessive drinking , no energy due to fatigue caused by improper distribution of mutrients, lack of sleep causing tired eyes, bloated stomach, loss of appetite, etc.
